Yeah and people like you keep pretending it would have made a huge difference if the games had released on xbox, when their games do release on xbox they don't sell well enough to make a difference, if they did Square wouldn't be asking the companies to bid in the first place.
We saw that with the last final fantasy that released on Xbox One and PS4 at the same time, PS4 version sold 5 times as many copies when it was full price and the gap continued to grow.
With Nintendo coming out with a console that may make it easier to port games to I think that'll help, I see more of an audience on Nintendo consoles for their games than on Xbox. Still their biggest fanbase is on PlayStation, that's why I always thought it was stupid of Sony to spend the money there in the first place. Nobody is picking PlayStation over xbox because of Square.

I've said releasing them all would be better because why would anyone buy a random game in the series or the prequel to a game not on the console.
I've also said they would likely do very well on Switch/More likely Switch 2.
But yeah I won't wait for you to find a post if me saying it will make a huge difference cause we all know you won't find it.

The sad part is it wasn't really that "woke" it was just trying to appeal to millennials too much with the cast of characters they went with and the story. I do think the over the top stuff went too far in later games, it was funny but it was almost embarrassing to play.
You always leave these little drive by comments without naming the platform but it's OBVIOUS what you are doing. We've talked about it plenty of times and Finaly Fantasy is basically a new game with each entry, rarely do they continue from one to the next so the random game in the series thing doesn't really apply.
Yeah because you know what you are doing when you do it lol as I said it's obvious. I've said plenty of times Sony shouldn't be paying for that exclusivity in the first place.
Know what I'm doing. Yes I've looked at what SE themselves have said several times and said the games have underperformed on PS and making them exclusive hasn't worked out for them.

We'll see what your response is when the xbox sales are 5 times or more lower than PlayStation. Nintendo is the one that may contribute more here as long as they can port their games from PS5 to Switch 2.
Basically, these types of games will cater to the Nintendo audience and help with sales further.
The Pro is a very niche product that I reckon they don't expect to outsell the original PS5. Just an item to boost their profit margins.
The Pro models were always just to supplement for the hardcore crowd not to replace the OG's.
