I wouldn't think so, even COD's strong SBMM matchmaking never breaks up parties. Lobby balancing has been in games forever and has never done anything like that.

Basically, this is going to be an old school type system outside of ranked. Just random lobbies, balancing out solos and teams as best as possible (which is fine).
