It's why I bought it last time. I love what that developer is doing.

I play games to escape reality, not be exposed to it. I see enough crazies out here in LA every day.
It isn't "mental health" either as that is just a buzzword to appease weak minded sections of society.
She suffers from Psychosis.

I think that was the main focus of the first game and people gravitated towards it for that and more.
It was the least interesting part of the first game. And now she's gone nutty again?
I didn't finish the first game, I gave up about 3/4 in, there was a fight with a boss that had cheap shot attacks and the controls didn't really match up to the difficulty...I prob would've cleared it if I had the patience of my 20yo self, but now these kind of difficulty spikes make me uninstall most games.
I'll play the sequel though, guess I'll have to watch a summary of the first games story on YouTube before starting it.
Again? She wasn't cured of her Psychosis to begin with.
The ending implied it but she's actually accepting the furies after banishing the darkness from herself.
The ending doesn't imply anything. She sheds the darkness brought on by her fathers torment and brings about change, she literally says "something is different " when the furies re-emerge. But she is in no way cured. She is less burdened.
